Mark exactly one field as the phone role (customer identity) — it powers loyalty and customer records. An identity role field (ID/passport) enables cross-border manifests. Capturing the name in separate fields is fine — mark each part with the name role and they are joined, in this order, into the passenger name on the ticket and the manifest.
